25+ years of technical content creation across EV infrastructure, electric motorcycles, bicycles and components, network hardware, SaaS, and more. Documentation platforms, certification programs, service manuals, developer portals, and the back-end tools that power them. I'm a technical writer at heart, but with so much more in my toolbox. I'm a natural problem solver, and will go the extra distance to make things work.
I'm a technical documentation leader who has spent over two decades building content systems. I work where complex infrastructure meets the person who needs to understand it.
At ChargePoint, I architected a documentation platform from scratch: JSON schema design, Node.js, CI/CD integration, automation, SSO infrastructure, and the front-end that made it all navigable. I didn't just manage the team — I built the thing. We lacked both financial and human resources, so I used stack I had implemented previously at Specialized, and hit the ground running.
Previously: Zero Motorcycles (CAN-based EV software docs), Sleuth (SaaS DORA metrics), Specialized Bicycle Components (12 years, consumer-facing documentation), FOX Factory (3 years, consumer-facing documentation), Castelle (1 year, F1 help-based documentation for fax network server product). Every role has been about the same core challenge: take a hard technical system and teach it to people who need to use it.
Outside of work, I'm a trail steward with Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship, an STC member since 1995, and a former U.S. Marine.
Platforms I've built, programs I've led, and applications I've made for roles I really want.
